HECAS and UCAS Briefing (20.11.2010)

HECAS (Higher Education Centralised Admission System) and UCAS (Universities & Colleges Admissions Service) briefing was held at the Conference Room on 20 November 2010. The briefing provided information for U6 students on the process to applying to higher education at local and overseas institions.

Government Scholarship to University of Otago, New Zealand 2011/12


Students who are interested in applying government scholarship to pursue Medicine, Dentistry, Para-Medical courses (Pharmacy, Physiotherapy etc) at the University of Otago New Zealand (commencing February 2011), please obtain the application form from SMSO Careers.

The deadline to submit the application form (including copies of IC, O and AS Levels certificates, and school report card) to SMSO Careers is on/before Saturday 27 November 2010.
Criteria:
- Brunei Citizen
- Minimum C6 in O Level Malay Language
- Minimum B4 in O Level English Language
- Credit in at least 5 O Level subjects (including Malay Language and English Language)
- Grades BBB in A Level subjects for MoE scholarship; grades AAA in A Level subjects for DANA scholarship
